Cynthia is often described as a ray of sunshine, bringing warmth, positivity, and enthusiasm to everyone she meets and everything she does. As our Client Care Specialist, Cynthia is dedicated to making sure our clients have a smooth and positive experience. She helps with a variety of day-to-day service needs, including scheduling, move money requests, beneficiary updates, tax documents, and other account maintenance. Cynthia also enjoys helping plan and coordinate our client events, bringing her thoughtful and organized approach to everything she does.
A native Floridian, Cynthia has called Bradenton home since 1989. After graduating from Florida State University, she spent 26 years with the School District of Manatee County, serving as both a teacher and dean before joining Irving Financial Group. Outside of work, Cynthia enjoys spending time with her husband, Bryon. Together, they love watching movies and television shows—and sharing their reviews afterward. They also enjoy exploring new restaurants and dream of taking a culinary vacation centered around some of the restaurants featured on their favorite television programs. Cynthia has one daughter, Jacsyn, whom Bryon proudly considers his Bonus Daughter. Jacsyn is preparing to graduate from Florida State University and begin her career in social media management in the Tampa area.
